Before the change

THIS WAS MY LIFE

BBQs every weekend. Fast food twice a day. Soda instead of water. I was 29, weighed 326lbs (148kg), and couldn't tie my shoes without losing my breath. These aren't just "before" photos — this was my reality.

ALL BLACK

Wearing all black to hide it. We all know the trick.

Trying to find muscle under all that. The smile was real — I was finally doing something about it.

MONTH 3 — 278LBS

48lbs down. Still far from done. But I believed.

MONTH 4

First time going outdoors without hiding. No more all-black.

This was me. Every single photo. No filters, no angles, no excuses.

The Journey

MY STORY

1

THE ROCK BOTTOM

At 326lbs (148kg), I couldn't tie my shoes without losing my breath. I was eating fast food twice a day, drinking soda like water, and telling myself "I'll start Monday" every single week. I was 29 years old and felt like I was 60.

2

THE DECISION

One day I saw a photo someone took of me and didn't recognize myself. That was the moment. Not a grand plan — just a decision: I'm done being this person. I started walking. Then I started cooking. Then I started lifting. One habit at a time.

3

THE GRIND

No crash diets. No "30 day challenges." I learned to cook meals I actually enjoyed. I found a gym routine I could stick with. The weight didn't fall off overnight — it took consistency, patience, and showing up on the days I didn't want to.

4

THE RESULT

194lbs (88kg). Lean. Strong. But the number on the scale isn't even the best part. I sleep better. I have energy. I'm confident. I proved to myself that I can do hard things. And if I can do it starting at 326lbs (148kg) — you can too.

The Formula

WHAT ACTUALLY WORKED

FOOD

Stopped eating out every day. Learned 10 simple recipes I actually enjoy. No foods are "banned" — I just eat real food 90% of the time.

TRAINING

Started with walking. Then basic gym. Now I train 4x a week with a simple push/pull/legs split. Nothing fancy — just consistent.

HABITS

Sleep 7+ hours. Walk 10k steps. Drink water instead of soda. Small changes that compound into a completely different person.

SUPPLEMENTS

Protein powder, creatine, and a multivitamin. That's it. Supplements don't do the work — they fill gaps. 90% of my results came from food, training, and sleep.
